Lemon Risotto
Oh yum. Can't wait to try this one. To me, making risotto is so easy and the results are amazingly delicious. The time allows for the layering and depth of flavors. This Rachel Ray version with Lemon will really suit my family's tastes!

What's for dinner? Day One
Spaghetti? Cupcakes? Anything other than the food I have been eating and cooking the last 7 days. Party food. Barbeque...salads.....finger foods...non-mayo items. Thinking seriously about that spaghetti. And, according to my energy level...something that cooks itself. Not my usual M.O., but will do for tonight. And maybe a cupcake for dessert.
